CapitaLand will share the progress of the Smart Urban Co-Innovation Lab, which was officially opened on 28 October 2020.  It is Southeast Asia's first private-sector-led smart cities co-innovation platform that aims to catalyse the development and adoption of technologies in intelligent estates, smart mobility, digital wellness, advanced manufacturing, urban agriculture and sustainability. 

WeMaintain will present how after Paris, and London it is now deploying in Singapore its IoT-connected predictive maintenance service for Smart buildings.  The company will also share on new applications to optimize buildings and improve users' daily experience.
