In this session, Dr. Abdelhak will explore how movement supports not only physical fitness, but also mental health, disease prevention, and long-term quality of life. Drawing on both medical expertise and practical experience, he will share insights into the impact of sedentary lifestyles and offer realistic strategies to integrate physical activity into daily routines.

Dr. Moussa Abdelhak is a Singapore-based General Practitioner at International Medical Clinic, specialising in preventive healthcare and sports medicine. Trained at King’s College London and Loughborough University, his approach focuses on prevention, lifestyle, and long-term health optimisation.
