In collaboration with Grand Hyatt Singapore, we present a special two-night culinary event with Patrice Marchand, Master Cheese Ager from the renowned French fromagerie Les Frères Marchand.
On 31 October and 1 November 2025, the Grand Hyatt will host the largest cheese buffet in Singapore, featuring 126 cheeses meticulously selected by Patrice.
Enjoy unlimited servings for just $65++ per person, with optional wine pairing add-ons available.
