AI Infrastructure Company Secures $830M Debt Financing to Scale Data Center Capacity in Europe

The company has announced its first debt financing of $830 million to support the operation of its data center near Paris, in Bruyères-le-Châtel, France.
The funding will finance advanced NVIDIA Grace Blackwell infrastructure, including 13,800 NVIDIA GB300 GPUs, increasing the site’s powered capacity to 44MW.
The transaction is backed by a consortium of leading global banks, including Bpifrance, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, HSBC, La Banque Postale, MUFG, and Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking, reflecting strong confidence in the company’s ambition to develop a sovereign AI cloud infrastructure in Europe.
Looking ahead, the company plans to build 200 MW of capacity across Europe by 2027, aiming to meet growing demand from governments and enterprises seeking greater control over their AI capabilities and infrastructure.
