COMO Hotels and Resorts Opens COMO Cordeillan-Bages in Bordeaux’s Médoc

COMO Hotels and Resorts will open COMO Cordeillan-Bages on May 1, 2026, in the Médoc on Bordeaux’s Left Bank, reviving an iconic Pauillac estate in collaboration with the Cazes family of the renowned Château Lynch-Bages.
Located among vineyards along the historic Route des Châteaux, the property offers guests privileged access to one of the world’s most celebrated wine regions.
Positioned as a gastronomic destination, COMO Cordeillan-Bages will feature a restaurant led by Consultant-Chef Fabien Ferré — the youngest chef to earn three Michelin stars without prior distinction at his debut restaurant in Provence. His seasonal menus will highlight local producers and influences from the nearby Atlantic.
The opening reflects COMO’s commitment to destination-led hospitality and immersive experiences rooted in local culture.
This launch also completes COMO’s trio of properties in France, alongside COMO Le Montrachet in Burgundy and COMO Le Beauvallon on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
