ESSEC Asia-Pacific and L’Oréal Sign MoU to Strengthen Strategic Partnership in the Region

On 12 June, ESSEC Asia-Pacific signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with L’Oréal, marking a new chapter in their long-standing partnership and reinforcing their shared commitment to talent development and business innovation across the Asia-Pacific region.

The MoU, signed at the ESSEC APAC campus, aims to deepen collaboration through initiatives such as the L’Oréal Business Learning Sessions at ESSEC, the growth of the L’Oréal Young Talent Pool, and expanded capability-building programs.

Professor Vincenzo Vinzi, Dean and President of ESSEC Business School, highlighted the strategic importance of this collaboration in expanding both institutions' regional presence.

Mr. Hiromitsu Ota, Vice President and Regional Head of Human Resources for L’Oréal SAPMENA (South Asia, Pacific, Middle East, North Africa), shared insights on current initiatives including L’Oréal Brandstorm and expressed strong confidence in the potential of this “win-win” partnership.

ESSEC extends its thanks to Professor Sonja Prokopec and Gautam Kiyawat for their leadership in driving this initiative, and to all L’Oréal partners for their continued trust. The school looks forward to the opportunities this renewed collaboration will unlock.
