On May 26, 2026, the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, in collaboration with the Banque de France, organized an exclusive VIP cocktail reception to honor the visit of Mr. François Villeroy de Galhau, Governor of the Banque de France, to Singapore.
Marking his final official trip to Asia before stepping down as Governor in early June, this gathering held special significance. In a captivating keynote address to a distinguished room of executives, Governor François Villeroy de Galhau shared strategic, high-level insights into the rapidly evolving international and European economic and political landscapes, mapping out potential paths forward for Europe’s future and its role on the global stage.
Following the keynote, the evening transitioned into a vibrant networking reception. The event provided a prime platform for industry leaders and C-suite executives to engage in meaningful dialogue on shifting global market trends, exchange diverse perspectives on the international macroeconomic outlook, and strengthen strategic ties within the dynamic France-Singapore business ecosystem.
