Schneider Electric Partners with RichLand Logistics to Accelerate Sustainable Last-Mile Deliveries in Singapore

In support of Singapore’s net-zero goal, Schneider Electric is proud to strengthen our partnership with RichLand Logistics to reduce land transport emissions and make last mile deliveries more sustainable.

Starting from April 2025, we will transition to a lower-carbon delivery fleet, replacing our current diesel vehicles with:

  • 5 Electric Trucks (EV)
  • 1 Biodiesel Truck

This initiative is expected to reduce our carbon footprint by at least 15 tons of CO2 per year — a key step towards more sustainable logistics.

To further support this transition, Schneider Electric will be installing a fast-charging facility at our Tuas Distribution Center in the coming months. This will provide RichLand Logistics and other delivery partners with convenient and efficient charging solutions for their EV fleets.

Mr. Neo Beng Lin, Managing Director of RichLand Logistics, joined the Singapore team to view the first EV truck deployed for Schneider Electric. He shared, "We are pleased to partner with Schneider Electric on this important decarbonization initiative. This reflects our shared commitment to serve the market efficiently while reducing our environmental impact."

Our partnership with RichLand Logistics is a key part of Schneider Electric’s broader sustainability strategy — working together to drive meaningful change and create a more sustainable future.
