Past Event | A Conversation with Sim Ann

More than 75 attendees joined the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (FCCS) for an exclusive conversation with Ms. Sim Ann, Senior Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Home Affairs, on Singapore’s role in a rapidly evolving global landscape.

The session opened with remarks by Ms. Sylvie Gleises, President of the French Chamber, followed by H.E. Ambassador Stephen Marchisio.  Moderated by Mr. Yoon Kim, Cluster President, Singapore & Brunei at Schneider Electric, the discussion explored key themes shaping Singapore’s strategic outlook, including:

  • Technological transformation and digital advancement
  • Talent, innovation, and workforce readiness
  • National resilience amid global uncertainty

Ms. Sim Ann shared her perspectives on how Singapore continues to adapt and strengthen its position despite shifting geopolitical dynamics and emerging global challenges. Her insights offered valuable guidance for businesses navigating the region.
