Where imagination met reality, LE GRAND SPECTACLE - The Circus of Dream transformed an evening into a truly immersive world of wonder and magic.
On 15 May, the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (FCCS) was proud to host its signature Gala Dinner at Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford, welcoming over 700 guests from the French and Singaporean business communities for one of the most anticipated evenings of the year.
Our President, Ms Sylvie Gleises, opened the evening by welcoming our Special Guests, H.E. Stephen Marchisio, Ambassador of France to Singapore and Alvin Tan Executive Vice President at Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), alongside an exceptional gathering of business leaders, entrepreneurs, and senior executives from the French and Singaporean business communities.
At the heart of the experience was a refined French-inspired menu, created by a new generation of talented chefs:
- Pierre Chomet Co-founder & Chef at Ambos (Paris)
- Matthias Marc-founder of Michelin-starred Substance (Paris)
- Loïc Portalier – Executive Chef at Michelin-starred Louise (Hong Kong)
From live entertainment to a luxury draw featuring prizes from prestigious maisons and international labels, the atmosphere was festive, refined, and filled with unforgettable moments.
