Past Event | Leadership Program - Growth Mindset
What a great start to our FCCS Leadership Impact Program!
The first module of its highly anticipated Leadership Program, led by Emma Noguchi and Anna Tan from Coaching Go Where, was centered on cultivating a growth mindset among emerging and established leaders.
Participants explored the principles of growth versus fixed mindsets, learning how embracing challenges, seeking feedback, and viewing setbacks as opportunities can accelerate personal and professional growth. Through interactive sessions, reflective exercises, and group discussions, attendees gained actionable strategies to foster resilience, inspire their teams, and drive innovation within their organizations.
The session wrapped up with an inspiring and lively fireside chat featuring Anne Tan, Head of HR APAC at Campari and François Suquet, Group Vice President HR APAC at STMicroelectronics, who shared powerful personal stories and insights on embracing a growth mindset to drive impact, resilience, and innovation in the workplace.
As the program progresses, participants will build on this foundation to develop essential leadership skills, translating mindset shifts into real-world results.
