The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (FCCS) cordially invites you to virtually attend its Annual General Meeting.

                                                         -This event is for members only -

The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is glad to inform you that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday 9 June 2021 from 5.00pm to 6.00pm by video conferencing. 

Please note that only Corporate (Patrons, Large Companies, SMEs and Entrepreneurs) and Individual Members who have paid for their membership 2021 are allowed to vote and that each voting Member presented at the Annual General Meeting or represented by a proxy is entitled to a single vote.

Please confirm your participation by registering before Tuesday 8 June 2pm.

       -A Zoom link and password will be sent to you closer to the date - a telephone conference number will also be available to attend the AGM.

      -For the vote, we will be using Election Buddy App and an email will be sent prior to the AGM to voting members who have registered. Board members are elected for 2 years and there are 30 seats for election. 

In the event that you are unable to attend the AGM, you may nominate someone to vote on your behalf by filling in the proxy form below and submitting it to the French Chamber by email (agm(@)fccsingapore.com), fax or by hand no later than 48 hours before the AGM, i.e before Monday 7 June 5:00pm. Further note the conditions set out in the Form.
