Application of Blockchain technology for Aerospace MRO and Part Tracking

This session is a sharing on how Bollore Logistics and SITA are leveraging blockchain technology to enable the digitalization of supply chain processes in the Aerospace MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul) industry.

The presentation will cover the benefits of blockchain in this context, the targeted processes and the project governance model through a consortium.

 

About the Speakers

  • Fabien Tertois, Head of Innovation at Bollore Logistics Singapore

Fabien Tertois is Head of Innovation at Bollore Logistics Singapore, a global player in transportation and logistics with strong partnerships across the Cosmetics, Healthcare, Aerospace and Hi-Tech industries.

With over 15 years’ experience in engineering, manufacturing and consulting, Fabien currently leads the company’s innovation roadmap in Singapore, laying on 3 pillars: sustainability, digitalization and automation.

Fabien is also in charge of the B.Lab, the brand new innovation and learning center hosted in Bollore Logistics latest automated facilities, the Blue Hub.

  • Arnaud Brolly, Head of Digital Solutions at Sita.aero

Arnaud Brolly is a digital transformation leader with 18 years of experiences in IT industry (B2B & B2C) with successful track records in Enterprise Mobility and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions development.

Arnaud is responsible for “Start-ups- Corporations program” to bring innovation to market faster. He is also leading “SITA Global Blockchain Alliance” to develop collaborative projects with multiple stakeholders (Air Cargo, Supply chain, Aircraft maintenance and Airport Operations). Arnaud represents is Subject Matter Expert at WTO, WEF and Global Alliance for Trade facilitation, to enhance public-private sector cooperation.

Prior to SITA, Arnaud worked in Defence and Telecommunication industry, where he held several positions in Sourcing, Partnership and Product Management for global corporations (France, China and Switzerland).

Arnaud holds master’s degrees in software engineering, Business Administration and International Relations-Geopolitics. He is based in Singapore since 2013.
