Programming Practice with Test-driven development (TDD)

In order to deliver good quality software, we need to be able to have confidence in our codebase. We generally write tests to build this confidence. But if we test our code from the get-go or let our tests drive our code, we can craft a higher quality software.

Test Driven Development (TDD) is a methodology that helps us do just that!

A software development process that relies on the repetition of a very short development cycle, in this RemoteClazz workshop, let's understand what TDD is and how we can apply it to our work.

In the process, we are gonna get our hands dirty and practice TDD on some established coding katas.

We hope to get a greater appreciation for testing and good code quality by the end of the session.
