Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) warmly inviteS you to our first event for 2021 in celebration of International Women's Day

This one-hour event is supported by the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO). We all want the power to invest in our wellbeing—to be able to take care of our emotional, physical and mental health. But without reliable information and appropriate tools, reasonable options and adequate support, it’s not always possible.

Self-care is a growing area of healthcare for women, although it has been practised by women for centuries. It has started to be incorporated to health systems from before the COVID-19 pandemic, but interest has been spurred on by the pandemic’s effects on healthcare delivery and accessibility.

Panel speakers:

- Dr. Marlene Lee, Clinical Psychologist and former Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)/ Doctors Without Borders Field Worker

- Yeo Miu Ean, President of Women Empowered for Work and Mothering (WEWAM) and Board Member of the Singapore Council of Women's Organisations (SCWO)

- Farisha Ishak, Singer-Songwriter and Public Figure

Moderated by: Daniel Martin, CNA938 Presenter

Join us and our panel speakers as we celebrate International Women's Day with a discussion on the different ways women are practising self-care during the COVID-19 pandemic. Register for this free online event now: http://bit.ly/3qZfoxX
