To all F&B and Hospitality professionals in Singapore, we are happy to announce our upcoming exclusive Charcuterie Masterclass! First of its kind in Singapore, led by Meilleur Ouvrier de France (France's Best Craftsman) Romain Pellet.

The Art of Charcutier – Traiteur / Fine Delicatessen Masterclass will equip participants with techniques to deliver fine creations through the use of different meats and fishes as well as techniques to prepare an assortment of hand-crafted charcuterie, traiteur and deli items.

With more than 20 years of experience, Romain Pellet's impressive journey from a young apprentice to achieving the prestigious title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France adds a unique perspective to this course.
