Corporates and governments now recognise the need to act responsibly to support positive change in building a sustainable global economy.

In today's world, environmental and social challenges are continually threatening the world's economy. Corporates and governments now recognise the need to act responsibly to support positive change in day-to-day businesses in building a sustainable global economy.

The world thus now looks towards sustainable finance, which refers to financial services which integrate environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria into business or investment decisions. Supporting long-term value creation and benefits the environment and society. Such as, businesses transition from carbon-intensive activities and developing new energy sources, paving the path towards a cleaner future. In Singapore, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has since launched many strategy plans, of which all are directing corporates toward making sound investment decisions, leading to increased investment in longer-term and sustainable activities.

So how do Artificial Intelligence and data science techniques support financial institutions and financial regulators in the transition to global environmental sustainability?
Join us with our speakers to understand how data science and AI can help the financial system secure much more consistent, accurate and timely data to inform decision-making, risk pricing, and capital allocation.
