The impact of engagement - Testimony on Water Conservation

Learn about the impact of pushing one's limit to raise awareness on water conservation by 4 Youngs Activists cycling the world.

Join us for this lively testimony on the power of individuals and team's engagement to achieve long lasting effects on sustainability and get inspired by a group of 4 young activists raising awareness on water conservation and pushing their own personal limits to create impactful ripple effects on sustainability.

Pétronille, César, William and Hugo are 4 French Young Graduates who are crossing the world with bikes to raise awareness on water access. Together they form the Cycle4Water team.

They started in New-Zealand and their goal is to reach France, a journey which represents 25,000 kms! In South East Asia, they are cycling through Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia among other countries.

On their road, they communicate about water access and water conservation by meeting specialists, giving conferences in schools and companies, raising awareness on socials...

They are also acting on the field by raising money to support water projects in partnership with local NGOs, in Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia and Thailand.

The event will be moderated by Christine Amour-Levar, founder of Her Planet Earth, an amazing purpose-driven leader, author, adventurer and entrepreneur. With Her Planet Earth, Christine's primary objective is to raise awareness and funds for underprivileged women affected by climate change.

The evening will allow a cross-conversation with Christine during the panel.

Directions to the GSIC office:

• GSIC Experience Center is next to the Shimano Cycling World and facing the river.

• From the Stadium MRT station exit A, the Kallang Wave Mall is on your right and Shimano Cycling World is on your left.

• Walk towards the left (you will pass the library) and head towards the river in front of you.

• As you hit the cycling path, take a left, Shimano Cycling World will be on your left.

• Keep going for about 100 m, and you will see the signs for the GSIC in the window.

• You can also pay attention at red direction pointing sign that mention “GISC Office”.
