With over a decade in talent management and technology, Leonard has always been focused on supporting Leaders through the pivotal moments of their professional journey.

Beginning his career with Lincoln in Paris, he spent five years there as an executive search consultant, before moving to Singapore in 2016 to develop and then accelerate Lincoln's footprint in the South East Asia region.

In 2022, Leonard relocated in the UAE and started a new venture, Talent-e, an innovative SaaS platform dedicated to Employee Advocacy

Talent-e's core mission is to equip professionals with the tools to create compelling content, enhance their visibility, and position them as premier brand ambassadors for their respective companies. Talent-e aims to set new standards in how professionals embody and elevate their organizations in today's digital landscape.
