Nathalie Huynh is the Cluster HR Director for Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei at Schneider Electric.


In her current role, Nathalie leads and oversees the HR strategy, plans and policies of Schneider Electric in the three markets. This includes partnering with senior leadership to understand the business objectives and ambitions to deploy the People Strategy accordingly. Nathalie oversees the full HR spectrum from implementing Talent Acquisition best practices, leading Talent Management & Learning initiatives supported by relevant Rewards policies as well as supporting the organisation’s human resource compliance needs. Nathalie is also passionate about strengthening Schneider Electric’s organizational culture through Employee Engagement and promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace that celebrates its employees and achievements. Schneider Electric has been recognised as a “Great Place to Work” in Southeast Asia.


Nathalie joined Schneider Electric in 2010 in China where she was Plant HR Business Partner, she then evolved as HR Manager for Procurement based in France and later on, was appointed as HR Director for Global Supply Chain Industrial Strategy, Logistics and Planning in 2015. In that role, she deployed the HR strategy to support the business transformation in supply chain digitization, global logistics and transport transformation, and end-to-end supply chain planning.


She brings nearly two decades of experience in Human Resources across China, France and Singapore. Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Nathalie led HR projects for Air France-KLM based in Beijing. She also has extensive experience in providing consultancy and recruitment services for multinational companies based in China.
