I am a Certified Executive Coach, based in Singapore, using my coaching skills, as well as my 20 years of experience as seasoned international marketing leader and my multicultural adaptability experience to help my clients create sustainable change in which will foster their professional development, by working on self-awareness, leadership abilities and individual dynamics.

My coaching approach :
As an authentic and energetic coach, my goal is to help my clients
- develop their leadership skills (managing teams, communicating effectively, driving performance….)
- react positively to organizational, professional, and personal change (endorsement of a new role, job transition, maternity, career break, legitimacy, self-esteem, confidence...).
- build the career they want and build the leader they want to be.
