Aden recognized by SGS with the "Award in Recognition of Good ESG Practices"

Last week, Aden joined the 2023 Sustainability Summit, an annual ESG event hosted by SGS, one of the top European certifiers of international standards in sustainability. At the event, Aden was honored to be recognized by SGS with its “Award In Recognition of Good ESG Practices”

This recognition comes at the end of a year that was indeed critical for Aden and its ESG roadmap. In 2023, some of their projects and milestones included:

• Tracking and optimizing energy consumption and GHG emissions at our 14 busiest offices through our Akila platform.
• Initiating the first Aden Carbon Profile.
• Supply chain transformation initiatives to reduce waste while centralizing, standardizing and shortening supply chains.
• A number of sustainability and charitable initiatives such as tree-planting in deforested areas aimed at empowering communities around our operations.
• Improving our Ecovadis score for a third consecutive year, and putting in place an Ecovadis committee that is well-equipped to achieve a fourth year of improving scores.
