APRIL International’s online quotation and subscription platform wins Excellence in Innovation for Health Insurance in Asia 2022
At APRIL, we are committed to using digital innovation to provide the highest quality of service to our clients and partners. As part of this commitment, we introduced a new platform that enables our members and intermediaries to create and customise quotations for our best-selling insurance product MyHEALTH online. Our members can then apply for their insurance policy and settle their premiums electronically.
Offering a fully online subscription process to our members is one of the key levers of our digital transformation. Using technology not only enables us to provide an enhanced user journey, it also allows us to offer faster underwriting times and shorter subscription processes – ultimately increasing our transformation rate via all sales channels.
Easy Claim wins Most Innovative Health Insurance App in Asia 2022
Launched in 2018, Easy Claim is currently the best-rated insurance app in the Asia market. APRIL members can access all their insurance services via one single app, from claims submission to telehealth services or medical providers search. To meet the fast-evolving needs of our members, enhancements and new features continue to be introduced all year round.
