BIPO Showcases AI-Driven Innovation at Singapore's Inaugural Healthcare Symposium
BIPO was honoured to be one of five exclusive vendors invited to the inaugural Healthcare Symposium: Shaping the Future of Healthcare Workforce on 21 November 2024. Organised by NTUC and graced by Mr. Ng Chee Meng, Secretary-General of the National Trades Union Congress, the event brought together C-suite leaders from both private and public healthcare sectors to explore cutting-edge solutions driving the future of healthcare in Singapore.
The symposium featured insightful panel discussions and a Health Tech Showcase, highlighting some of the most innovative tech-enabled solutions, including AI-powered robot pharmacies, RFID inventory systems, and fall prevention technologies.
During the event, BIPO showcased its AI-driven Smart Rostering System, designed to optimise workforce management while addressing operational demands. Successfully implemented at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, the system has enhanced work-life balance for healthcare professionals by granting more flexible scheduling across 40 wards.
As Singapore’s healthcare sector prepares to expand to 25 public hospitals with an additional 4,000 beds by 2030, BIPO is excited to contribute to this transformation, paving the way for smarter, more efficient workforce management within the healthcare industry.
