Charles embarked on his journey with Chaumet in 2006, driving the Maison's expansion in the Asia-Pacific region and steering the Chinese market to success.

Rising through the ranks, he was appointed Vice President of Distribution and Sales in 2012, overseeing global operations, then becoming Chief Executive of FRED since 2018.
