D Sy Law and RBN Chambers announces collaboration and strategic partnership
D Sy Law is pleased to announce that they have entered into a strategic partnership with RBN Chambers LLC, a Singapore law practice.
The firms will combine their expertise to provide support to their Singapore and international clients under Singapore law, in addition to English, EU, French and Swiss laws. Their lawyers work in English, French, Tamil, Malay, Mandarin, German and a dozen other languages across seven locations on two continents.

The firm is helmed by Ramesh Bharani Nagaratnam who has 15+ years experience in litigation and arbitration. Ramesh holds dual qualifications in the law and accountancy disciplines. Ramesh and his team are regularly engaged by multinational corporations, small and medium enterprises and individuals in high-stake litigations and arbitrations, both domestic and international. Ramesh was named as one of Asian Legal Business’ Super 50 Disputes Lawyers in 2021. He is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb). Ramesh is an empanelled arbitrator with the Thai Arbitration Centre and a reserve arbitrator with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). He is also a Certified Practicing Accountant.

The firm’s founder, Delphine Constantin, has 15+ years of experience practicing across the ASEAN region and in India. She is qualified as a Solicitor (England & Wales) and was admitted as an Avocat in France. She is a Foreign Registered Lawyer in Singapore. Delphine’s practice focuses on international investments, cross-border disputes, and risk management. She advises corporates, funds, multilaterals and governments, in both Common Law and Civil Law jurisdictions. Before establishing D Sy Law, Delphine held senior roles with international law firms in India and Singapore.
