GoMasterCoach announces its next training program starting in February 2020
GoMasterCoach –a coaching institute accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF)- announces its next training program starting in February 2020.
The program is based on industry research and neurosciences and is designed for participants to learn coaching techniques, practice though active engagements and share their insights in a safe environment. ‘’Our program equips participants with the coaching skills & posture to confidentially help their coachees unleash their potential,‘’ explained Geraldine Gauthier, Co-Founder of the GoMasterCoach Institute.
The 2019 batch gathered people from 7 different nationalities with various professional backgrounds including HR professionals, Recruiters, Managers, Entrepreneurs & people who were looking to shift career.
‘’Creating the conditions where every participant can bring their whole self and share their perspective was essential for us as facilitators. We all benefited from the collective intelligence during the 2019 batch. It has been a transformational journey for many of us,’’ said Aurelie Dhellemmes, Co-Founder of the GoMasterCoach Institute.
During the 4-month program, the participants can except to:
- Learn coaching core competencies.
- Understand their own strengths, values & beliefs,
- Practice and apply coaching competencies to coaching conversations,
- Demonstrate active listening, asking powerful questions, and using feedback techniques,
- Increase their self-awareness as a coach, but also as an individual,
- Learn how to design coaching programs and adequately use coaching tools, and
- Develop their personal brand and business.
The participants are getting access to the GoMasterCoach WebApp, a digital toolbox dedicated to the coaches to help and support them in designing, managing and following the coaching programs they offer to their clients. ‘’This Webapp includes profiling assessments, 360-degree reviews and other impactful tools to deepen their coaching‘’ mentioned Aurelie Dhellemmes.
