Immerse yourself in the European Delicatessen Experience

We are pleased to present you European Delicatessen Experience, proudly hosted by French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore / Team France Export.

For a period of 3 years (2022-2024), the consortium composed of the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore - Team France Export and Business France will support the FICT (Fédération Française des Industriels Charcutiers, Traiteurs, Transformateurs de viandes) to strengthen the presence of European and French delicatessen companies on the Asian markets: Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand. This initiative is financed by the European Union.

The FICT is the spokesperson for French delicatessen companies. Created in 1924, the FICT represents 310 establishments (90% of which are SMEs), located throughout France, which employ 32,500 people on permanent contracts, support 135,000 direct/indirect jobs and generate a turnover of 6.7 billion euros, 7.1% of which is exported. The production of 1.2 million tons is 84% pork-based.

The objectives of the European Delicatessen Experience program are to:

- Increase the market share of European and French delicatessen products on the local markets

- Increase the visibility and awareness of European and French delicatessen products among local buyers and consumers
