Keyrus Group to acquire a majority stake in Sonum International
The Keyrus Group has entered a final phase of negotiations with the aim of acquiring a majority stake in Sonum International, a European group, leader in the consulting and implementation of EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solutions.
Founded in 2010, Sonum International supports its clients in optimizing the implementation of performance management processes, methods and technologies.
Anaplan Gold Partner and Anaplan Certified Training Partner, Sonum has successfully led more than 120 implementations in large international corporations and midsize companies.
Anaplan Global Partner and Anaplan Partner of the Year 2021 for the Americas, Keyrus has a strong presence in the field of connected planning, with an integrated team of EPM consultants operating in the United States, Latin America, Europe and in Asia-Pacific.
These consultants have served over 200 companies by providing tailored solutions to all of their key departments.
Industrial partners for several years, Keyrus and Sonum share a common culture of entrepreneurship and value creation on a global scale for their clients.
This capital merger is a new step that will allow Keyrus and Sonum to further strengthen their offers and their geographical coverage, with combined teams now united in 26 countries and on four continents.
In an uncertain economic context and in an environment where the shortage of resources in the field of technology and consulting penalizes the growth and transformation of companies, Keyrus and Sonum are now better equipped to support their clients in adapting to these contexts and achieve their strategic goals.
Sonum expects to achieve a turnover of 5.5 million euros in 2022 and currently employs 55 consultants who operate in the Netherlands, Spain, Latvia, Portugal, Finland and Poland, adding 4 new countries to the Keyrus Group, already present in Spain and Portugal.
“Through this operation, our desire is to pursue our development strategy in the field of EPM by consolidating our positions in this growing market in Europe, and to penetrate new high-potential markets”, declares Eric Cohen, President – Chief Executive Officer of the Keyrus Group.
“Our investment in Sonum strengthens our capabilities, as a global consulting firm, to provide unparalleled business and technology expertise to our clients to enable them to continuously transform in an ever-changing landscape,” adds Nicolas Camerman, Senior VP, Head of M&A and Strategy missions for the Keyrus Group.
Maud Vermeulen, Founding Partner of Sonum International, comments:
“We have found in Keyrus Group a partner that is fully in line with our culture of knowledge sharing and services led by experts. By joining forces, we are creating a global company that will provide even more growth opportunities for our teams and allow us to continue to deliver high-quality, high-value solutions to our customers”.
