Manzalab APAC and The Adecco Group partnered in Asia – Pacific to train their “early in career talents” using Virtual Reality.
Manzalab APAC and The Adecco Group partnered in Asia – Pacific to train their “early in career talents” using a Virtual Reality training academy called Teemew Academy: 34 attendees from 13 countries simply have to wear a VR headset to join the meeting and consequently will have the feeling to be in the room with their peers. The manager or professor can share presentations, videos, including 360 videos, 3D objects, 360 pictures, have discussion with the attendees. Increased focus and improved productivity are key outcomes of this new technology. It also prevents people from travelling hence reduce carbon footprint, helps saving time and reduce travel expenses. The program started in September and will last for 18 months.
