Past Event | Decathlon Singapore Lab store : Magic behind RFID Technology & Robotic
Our sincere thank you to MengYew Lim, Retail Innovation manager at Decathlon Singapore, for hosting our FCCS members at Decathlon Singapore Lab store.
This insightful site visit gave participants an overview of RFID technology implementation in store, with a concrete explanation on RFID tag integration to products label, which considerably facilitates store management (enabling tracking, inventory, restocking thanks to RFID robot) and contributes to improve customer experience (self-checkout to avoid queues, via mobile app scan or automatic check out terminals).
