Past Event HR Club | How to Manage DEI and Cross-Cultural Challenges in Asia?
A huge thank you to Dr. Zsuzsanna Tungli, Managing Partner at Developing Global Leaders Asia, for her engaging presentation at our latest HR Club Breakfast!
Organised by the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, the session covered critical DEI trends and challenges in Asia. Attendees gained valuable insights on enhancing Asian representation in global companies and navigating cross-cultural differences, including hierarchy, communication styles, and the strategic use of silence. Dr. Tungli also shared strategies for effectively communicating DEI needs to headquarter and advocating for more local representation in global and regional teams.
