Past Event | Managing the Workplace Dynamics in a Multigenerational Workforce
Special thanks to our esteemed speakers Sally Tang, Director of Human Resources Asia at Atalian Global Services Asia, Rachele Focardi Founder at XYZatWork and moderator Richard Harding Head of HR Greater Asia at Roquette for this very insightful session on multigenerational workforces and how companies can rethink their hiring strategy.
Highlights and Key learnings:
- Covid-19 highlighted the strategic importance of multigenerational talent and forced us to rethink the rules of the game
- The wide majority of employees want to work with other age-groups, but most are intimidated and/or fear being misunderstood
- It is imperative for companies to create a platform where intergenerational employees can work more collaboratively together so they can better understand each other
- Combining each generations’ strengths will help companies reach the full power of their human capital
