Past Event | Sustainability in the Workplace: Achieving ESG Goals and Boosting Business Performance

Our sincere thank you to the speakers: Mr. Oussama Labib, CEO & Founder of Aeqlia and Mr. Yann LeMoël, CEO & Founder of Living Labs Federation for a fantastic session. During the workshop, our participants had the opportunity to play a Sustainability simulation led by facilitators and experience the challenges and inventive approaches companies are using to become leaders in sustainable business.

Key Takeaways:

• Sustainability is about creating value for customers, employees and society, while reducing the negative impact, or even having a positive impact on the environment – while being profitable.
• Main reasons why change transformation program fail include: Employee resistance to change (39%), Management behaviour does not support change (33%) and Inadequate resources or budget (14%).
• When people are truly invested in the change, 30% of them are more likely to be successful. People, Technology, Process and Data are the keys to making it a success.
