Past Event | Visit at Aircraft Carrier Charles de Gaulle
The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore had the privilege of visiting the French aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle, a flagship of the Marine Nationale, during its port call in Singapore as part of Mission Clemenceau 25. This unique opportunity, extended to our members by the French Embassy in Singapore, offered an inside look at the aircraft carrier, where we witnessed firsthand the remarkable capabilities of the French Navy and defense industries.
The visit was followed by a prestigious evening reception, organized with the support of GICAN, where industry leaders gathered to celebrate the long-standing defense and maritime cooperation between France and Singapore. Representing the French Chamber, our Executive Director, Mrs. Carine Lespayandel, joined esteemed guests in honoring the expertise and innovation that define the French defense sector.
