About the project
Set up by 2 sustainability practitioners, Ivona Balint-Kowalczyk and Manuela Moollan are working on a sustainability label for food establishments (restaurants, cafes, delis, food stands and catering companies) to acknowledge and recognise their stewardship in sustainability while enabling diners/customers to choose and support restaurants/catering companies that are contributing to a regenerative and healthy ecosystem.
