Thank you to Barbara Pompili, Special Advisor on International Affairs to the French General Secretariat for Ecological Planning, for sharing her invaluable insights this morning on the critical importance of water.
She highlighted the upcoming One Water Summit. This initiative, championed by President Emmanuel Macron, underscores the significance of water across all sectors. Without water, the energy transition is impossible. Water is essential for producing green energy sources such as hydrogen, nuclear power, and even EV batteries.
With climate change, the ASEAN region faces even greater risks. Our company members shared insights on how Singapore and its Green Plan 2030 is implemented and organised.
