STMicroelectronics and ENGIE Sign Long-Term Agreement for the Supply of Electricity Produced from Renewable Sources in Malaysia

ENGIE are excited to announce a new partnership with STMicroelectronics, to supply approximately 50 GWh of renewable energy annually from our new solar farm in Kedah, Malaysia.

The Power Purchase Agreement will provide a significant level of renewable energy for STMicroelectronics’ operations in Johor, Malaysia and support the company’s goal of becoming carbon neutral in its operations by 2027.

This collaboration reinforces our commitment to delivering enhanced value to our clients and contributing to a low-carbon future.
