The Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP) is seeking your feedback on the upcoming Workplace Fairness Act (WFA). This poll aims to understand your organisation’s readiness, the challenges you may face and the types of resources or support that would be most useful. Your responses will help us refine our resources and develop practical tools to better support employers and HR practitioners in compliance with the WFA.
