We invite you to join us for an upcoming "Asia SPAC Management Bootcamp," co-hosted by Baker McKenzie and MBP
The bootcamp will be held on July 15th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hong Kong time (July 14th from 9 p.m. to July 15th at 5 a.m. New York time.) The virtual conference is intended for the senior management of VC- and PE-funded private companies from Greater China, Southeast Asia, and India, as well as SPAC sponsors, PIPE funds, investment banks, and SPAC advisors.
This full-day virtual conference will provide management teams from Greater China, Southeast Asia, and India with a guide to successful SPAC mergers. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with SPAC sponsors, investment banks, and PIPE funds as Asia becomes the new "hunting ground" for growth-focused SPACs with capital to deploy.
Private companies should register here and will be asked to provide basic profile information if they wish to have one-on-ones with funding sources and investment banks.
