It sometimes seems that the pace of life, and its stresses, have spiraled out of control. There never seem to be enough time to deal with all the directions in which we are pulled, this easily can lead to exhaustion or emotional or physical strength or motivation and burnout.
Continual Change, increasing demands and the pace of work is common in workplace today. Resilience sharpens and focuses our ability to bounce back, steer through adversity and exercise our talents and motivation in a meaningful way. In this engaging and energizing webinar, drawing on the best of sports science, military field, neurobiology, medicine, psychology and biology, you will explore the highroad leading to building resilience and managing changes in life .
