It sometimes seems that the pace of life, and its stresses, have spiraled out of control. There never seem to be enough time to deal with all the directions in which we are pulled, this easily can lead to exhaustion or emotional or physical strength or motivation and burnout.
Continual Change, increasing demands and the pace of work is common in workplace today. Resilience sharpens and focuses our ability to bounce back, steer through adversity and exercise our talents and motivation in a meaningful way. Although genetics and environment do have some influence over resilience, studies have shown that resilience can be learnt and practiced by all of us and we all can grow our capacity to bounce, grow, connect and flow regardless of challenges.

In this engaging and energizing webinar, drawing on the best of sports science, military field, neurobiology, medicine, psychology and biology, you will explore the highroad leading to building resilience and managing changes in life . You will unlock the biological resources of your body, heart, mind and spirit, and build practical resilience competencies to live and work productively without compromising health and happiness.

About the speaker


Marie-Liesse Calmejane is a Certified Integral Coach (ICF) & a facilitator certified with the Resilience Institute. Marie-Liesse holds a Masters degree in Economics and Human Resources from Sciences Po Paris (France) and in European Studies from Sussex University (UK).
