In this session, Diana will revisit these much talked about topics from previous budgets which is still in in review and have not yet been passed as law.
- Tax Residency: A measure announced in the 2021-22 budget by the former Government, often referred to as the “45-day rule.”
- Superannuation: A measure announced on 28 February 2023, which introduces a 30% concessional tax rate on future earnings for super balances above $3 million, effective 1 July 2025.
