Annual General Meeting 2022
The French Chamber Annual General Meeting 2022 was held at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne on Friday, June 3rd.
Thomas Baudlot, President, gave the introductory remarks before welcoming our special guest, Mrs. Jacqueline Poh, Managing Director at Economic Development Board (EDB), who engaged in a vivid dialogue with members on sustainability, innovation, digitalization and more.
In the second half, during our formal Annual General Meeting, members heard from our Executive Committee Members on the French Chamber's achievements and activities during the past 12 months.
The agenda was as follows:
- Approval of minutes of Annual General Meeting 2021
- Annual Report
- Financial Report
- Appointment of auditors for the financial year 2022
- Any other business
The Annual General Meeting was followed by a network cocktails and drinks reception.
