Bureau Veritas Teams with Accenture to Accelerate the Digital Transformation of its Certification Business Line

The Group is on its path to LEAP | 28 strategic plan aiming to accelerate performance through digital programs. 

Bureau Veritas’ Certification business line accelerates its digital transformation, by collaborating with Accenture to re-invent operations in a seamless and innovative way. This initiative is a direct contribution to the recently presented Bureau Veritas LEAP | 28 strategic plan. It will impact operational effectiveness, customer experience and auditor collaboration, with the following benefits: 

  • Improved client satisfaction through faster turnaround time and smoother interactions 

  • Enhanced employee and contractor attractiveness through modern tooling 

  • Higher operation efficiency through process automation and accurate data insight 

Accenture supports both business line and Group Information Systems Department in this differentiating journey for the TIC industry, by leveraging the Salesforce Service and Field Service capabilities to revisit and optimize all back-office processes. 

An ambitious roadmap has been defined to enable the entire network to take advantage from the value created by the program.
