The expectations and attitudes towards sustainability among our employees, customers, and partners are undergoing significant changes, and it is crucial for our organization to recognize and adapt to these shifts. Many of our employees, especially those from younger generations, are increasingly concerned about environmental issues and expect us to prioritize sustainability.

Sustainability has become a critical criterion in partner selection and collaboration. Organizations actively seek partnerships with like-minded companies that share their sustainability goals and values. Question 3: What are some of the biggest sustainability issues you've faced and how did you tackle all these sets of challenges?

One of the biggest sustainability issues we have faced is the need to create a culture of sustainability among our employees. To tackle this challenge, we have taken proactive measures to foster an attitude of sustainability through culture change management. By continuously challenging yesterday's offerings for tomorrow, we encourage the evolution and multiplication of best practices throughout the organization.

On the technology front, we invest in exploring and adopting better systems and data solutions. Additionally, we recognize the potential of AI assistance in generating route augmentations that produce the least carbon output. By leveraging technology, we aim to optimize our operations and minimize our environmental impact. F
