HR Club September 2020
"From a sprint race to a marathon pace"
The HR Club met for the first time in Phase 2. Here are some key takeaways of the discussions:
- Real impact of the region / countries HR during Covid crisis
- Asia serves as an example for the others regions and corporate HQ
- HR function continues to transform and be more efficient (HRIS, onboarding, talent development…)
- Communication and transparency with people has been key, with great touch of creativity
- Expected key challenges for the function in 2021:
- Continue to maintain leadership and teams together despite the remote / offices situation
- Shift in company cultures / values and how to influence as HR
- More transformation than talent acquisition to come – complication of the immigration systems
