Legrand Acquires Linkk Busway Systems, Strengthening Global Leadership in Datacenters

Legrand has announced the acquisition of Linkk Busway Systems (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading Asian designer and manufacturer of bus duct trunking systems, further consolidating its global leadership in the datacenter market.

Specializing in power busbars for datacenter grey space, Linkk Busway Systems employs over 240 people across two sites in Beranang and Selangor, Malaysia.

This marks Legrand’s second acquisition in the datacenter space since the beginning of the year and aligns with its strategic roadmap for 2030. The move reinforces the company’s position in high-growth segments tied to the ongoing energy and digital transitions.
