Novade enabled NavaPark Residences to accelerate handover processes by 50%

An iconic mixed-use resort development that enforced high quality standards with Novade.

NavaPark Residences is a 68-hectare township and Indonesia’s first integrated smart city, located in Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD City). The township is developed by PT. Bumi Parama Wisesa (BPW) and is joint venture between Hongkong Land and Sinarmas Land. Designed with a smart growth concept, the township prioritises outstanding customer service and smart facilities. Some of its key features include optimised land-use, environmental sustainability (e.g. fully walkable city) and more. 


Despite its accelerated digitalisation, NavaPark Residences still fell short of certain aspects, such as being unable to monitor the status of each unit's progress in real-time, slow collection of data and rectifications of defects, and long-winded manual paper reporting process.


To tackle these challenges, NavaPark Residences adopted Novade Quality module to seamlessly carry out tasks and access defect rectification status in real-time. Novade's user-friendly interface allowed for quick mastery of its technology. Novade's solution created a simplified rectification process and made it easier for on-site teams to track units, repair status and predict the number of repair days. This led to a drastic decrease of defect rectification turnaround time by 50% from over a month to 14 days. Additionally, it readily monitored the status of all units while retrieving data and reports for analysis through Novade’s web dashboard, all synchronised in real-time. This reduced the time taken for the Customer Service team to receive progress reports — from three days to almost instantly. Overall, clients were more engaged and satisfied with the digital handover process, cementing BPW’s brand reputation in the industry.
