Past Event | Flexible Benefits to Attract and Motivate a Multi-Generational Workforce

Our recent Human Resources Committee Meeting focused on Flexible Benefits (FlexBen) as a key strategy for attracting top talent and keeping employees engaged.

The session led to an insightful conversation on how organisations implementing flexible benefits programs can not only address the diverse needs of a multi-generational workforce but also position themselves as forward-thinking and employee-centric.

A warm thank you to our speakers Radjeep Laha, Head of Rewards SEA at L'Oréal, Boon Hun Ang, VP Rewards International at Schneider Electric, and Emmanuel White, CEO and Co-Founder of WeLink Talent, for sharing their valuable insights on this crucial topic. Special thanks to Ayaulym Alimkulova, Head of Corporate at Pacific Prime CXA, for skilfully  moderating this engaging session.

Key takeaways:

  1. FlexBen as a competitive advantage – Salary increases alone are no longer enough to meet employees’ needs, and they are unsustainable for employers. FlexBen offers a more effective alternative.
  2. Personalisation through FlexBen – No two employees have identical needs or goals. FlexBen allows organisations to offer tailored benefits that employees actually value and use.
  3. FlexBen as a process of innovation – Experimenting with new benefits is a great way to engage employees, gather feedback, and continuously improve the offerings.
  1. FlexBen as an organisation of choice – Offering unique and creative FlexBen is a way to communicate internally and externally on the company caring culture.
