Past Event | HR CLUB Breakfast Meeting

On 31st May, the HR Club convened to explore the topic of “Managing Generational Differences”.

Thank you to our esteemed speakers Elodie MAERTENS, HR Director APAC and France for LivaNova, and Vivek IYYANI, Professional Speaker at Millennial Minds for this interactive and eye opener session and for generously sharing theories & company case study.

They increased awareness about the challenges of collaborating with diverse generations and emphasized the potential advantages arising from the convergence of multi generations in the workplace, all in the pursuit of building and maintaining a harmonious and productive work environment.

The FCCS HR Club is a “by invitation only“ Club and represents a community of professionals and experts committed to sharing best practices and expanding their knowledge on various topics relating to HR management in the region. It is a great forum to meet and network with like-minded individuals.
